Serving Western New York satisfying foods and drinks for over twenty years, Elmo's Bar & Restaurant started in 1985. It was named by one of the owners of Mighty Taco who happened to catch the name Elmo on a magazine at the moment. The independent site has remained well-liked with tradition in the same location in Buffalo, New York.
